The location is great and is right next door to a well-stocked 24 hour shop. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the rooms finished to a high spec. Truly the only suggestion for improvement would be for them to provide mugs in the room rather than tiny cups!

Underground Station at corner of next block. Brilliant for getting around Berlin.

Top Tip
Chinese restaurant adjacent to Louisa's Place called Hot Spot was excellent. Shopping in the area of the hotel was 1st Class.

The suites are wonderful - beds huge and extremely comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculate. We loved our stay and hope to go back soon.

Top Tip
Nearest U bahn is Adenauerplatz but if coming from main station or airport, we found it easier to go to Charlottenburg S-Bahn - then you can walk - about 7 minutes - or be lazy and take the bus which goes from just outside station.

Louisas Place is a great place to return to after a busy days sightseeing or shopping. It was great to have seperate longue with kitchen facilities, somewhere to relax and chill. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, we had a birthday whilst there and were surprised to recieve a champagne breakfast. The swimming pool was refreshing and our 12 year old son loved it.

We had an excellent week in this hotel. The staff are both discreet and attentive - but, above all, they SMILE! The accommodation was superb and we wanted for nothing. We were sad to leave Berlin but even sadder to leave"Louisa's Place".

Top Tip
Berlin is a wonderfully varied city. Our highlights were probably the Reichstag and the Jewish Museum. The History of Berlin exhibition (near our hotel) was an excellent way to start our trip. The zoo was magic - orang utans are very nearly human! The only silly thing we did was choose a boat trip with no commentary in English - frustrating when everyone else was laughing at the guide's jokes. Overall, a really memorable holiday.

Hotel selected for us was located conveniently, i.e. within one minute of, the underground, the good restaurants, the fine shops, and places of interest.
