The Ku’Damm 101 Hotel is a high-tech design property housed in a fairly anonymous looking corner building. The interior is much more eye catching, especially in the lobby and lounge bar, where innovative decor fuses dark wood and chromatic surfaces with low seating and curving central pillars. The 170 guestrooms are distinguished by flexible interior design, harmonic colours and high-quality materials. 17 of the rooms are barrier-free for the physically challenged, sight impaired or allergy sufferers. Most of the rooms are air-conditioned and there are smoking and non-smoking floors. The hotel offers a Continental breakfast buffet – as well as snacks and sandwiches throughout the day – in its stylish 7th floor “Lounge 101”, which commands great views over Berlin. There are also 94 underground car parking spaces, as well as high-speed internet access with a wireless LAN network and a wellness centre offering treatments such as reflexology, acupuncture, Shiatsu and Swedish massage.
