The Agon Opera Hotel is housed in a somewhat soulless-looking, 6-storey contemporary building, which resembles an office block. The interior, however, features fresh décor and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The lobby has a small bar, which is open 24 hours a day, and a small lounge area with green leather armchairs and booths. All 84 guestrooms are appointed in an attractive – if functional – style and well equipped with modern amenities. The en suite bathrooms have granite floors and counters, tiled walls, and handheld showers. Located on the top floor and offering great views over Berlin, the hotel’s breakfast room features dark wooden floors and crisp, white table linen. It receives plentiful natural light thanks to its large glass frontage and conservatory-style design.
